Rampid mold. Sheets had stains and holes in them. Dead bugs all over. Ice machine and there only vending machine was broken. The air conditioning unit made the room very damp. Absolutely the very worst place by far.
Location was good but hidden. Air worked!
The room was non smoking but had burns all over the mattress cover. The floors were filthy. The comforter was dirty had a black hand print on it. The faucets and door knobs were dirty. The toilet was stained and we only had a half roll of toilet paper. The coffee pot was missing and the ice bucket was dirty. There was a dumpster right below our room under balcony and rusty sheet metal lying on the ground. They also charged a hidden fee once we got there. Stated no refunds.
Price was nice.
The door didn’t have a threshold. I had to put a towel down in front of it to block the cold air and light coming in. The sheets had hair on them and didn’t appear to have been washed. Overall the room was dirty and appeared to have been skipped by housekeeping other than making the beds and stocking towels.
Breakfast was good for the price I paid for the room.
The Bathroom could have been a little more private
The manager was upset at my using points and using Corp code and he checked me out last minute knowing I'm from ga not Tenn. It's raining and me and daughter left in cold
