We were greeted immediately upon entering. Hotel was easy to access off the interstate.
There was a smell upon entering the second floor hallway. I thought it could be a musty smell but we got used to it and my allergies didn't act up so it could have just been a smell lingering from food or something that had been in the area.
The staff was great
Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Extremely polite and helpful desk attendant.
Location not the best. Road construction going on the entire length of the 1 and 1/2 mile distance from the interstate to the hotel. Rooms are a little pricey.
I liked the fact that it had Paul Mitchell products and the tv channels.
No mini-fridge, so I had to throw away the milk and yogurt. And they only gave me shampoo and conditioner, no lotion. Other than that it was great.
Great helpful accommodating staff. Very clean facility. Good breakfast facility.
Rather dated facility
Very clean friendly staff.
The beds were the hardest I've ever lay on. Did not come close to the Marriott standard for comfort. Absolutely the worst 2 nights of sleep I've had. Very disappointing considering the very high bar set by the 100's of Marriott's I've stayed in.
The Staff was very friendly and there was a fire pit outside.
The Hot tub was so cloudy it was brown and long black hairs in the pool. The bar area was nice, but a café and breakfast area more so. It did not live up to the star rating or the price that I paid!
Location, price, staff
I would like disposal cups. The coffee cups did not appear to be very clean.
While the hotel does not offer a free continental breakfast; there is a 'breakfast bar' where you can order fresh made hot egg type sandwiches and other breakfast items for a reasonable price.
This is a great hotel when visiting U Tenn. It is clean and friendly without paying the upscale prices for hotels in downtown Knoxville. We pulled in at midnight after a long 10 hour drive, our room was waiting and the beds were very comfortable.
It was a bit far west of Knoxville but on arriving as tired travellers we really enjoyed our experience in every way.
forward staff, clean, well appointed and amenities were fresh and appealing.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The fitness center while small is well equipped.
