The rooms were nicer than I thought and there was a dresser to put my clothes in as well as a closet to hang stuff up in. The pool area with hot tub was nice too. Breakfast was good too.
Gym area was small and chlosterphobic. Could use a little more variety in breakfast options some days.
Beds were comfortable. Rooms included a fridge and mircowave (although it was too small to pop microwave popcorn...)
Advertised an indoor pool and hot tub - very disappointed in the pool area. It was tiny and fully of rowdy people. We kept going down to check and see if we could take a dip and it was always full. Had the pool been larger than a bathtub, perhaps more guests could have enjoyed it. I have a return stay booked for this weekend that I will be cancelling.
Worst hotel that I've ever stayed at
Right off I-75
Where to begin? It took a half hour to check-in, even though there were only 2 people in front of me. After the long wait I was greeted with "someone already checked-in under your name". I produced my drivers license and the receptionist joked "just kidding". All this in between talking to her boyfriend who was hanging out in the lobby and continued to do so for the entire evening. After going to the room we were greeted with holes in the walls and holes in the walls that had been haphazardly patched. Upon taking a shower I learned there was no screen in the drain. Just an open hole. The shower had ZERO water pressure. You had to put your head against the wall to get your hair wet because it was dribbling straight said down. The next morning for breakfast there was no chance at getting anything to eat. Apparently there was a large team of some sort that had the entire breakfast area occupied plus had over a dozen waiting to get in. The entire stay was a nightmare. Never again will I stay at a Best Western.
Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
Short and sweet. I was over charged for the room by $30. I will not be booking through Kayak anymore.
Needed better breakfast wasn't a big enough selection
Good location. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Great rooms. Great staff. Will continue to use this hotel on every trip to Knoxville.
Minor issue! To get to the laundry room, you have to walk outside. Costs for washer and dryer are not clearly posted.
It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for everything!
Good but not the best
I liked the room size
I didn't like the hard bed. The bathroom was small. Tub would not drain. The desk attendant was hard to find.
The young man who checked us in the evening we arrived was quite informative, kind and helpful. I was very pleased with his pleasant and professional manner. Our room was very clean, decorated nicely and well-appointed. i would definitely stay here again.
Being gluten-intolerant, there wasn't much I was able to eat for breakfast.
Very clean, rooms are well designed (I.e. furniture, decor, etc.), day staff very professional and friendly, only 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville (Market Square, Old City, etc.), quiet during our visit.
Pool was sufficient so long as there were only a few people in it. Hot tub in pool area was nice. Pool is much smaller than the pictures really present it.
