Cons:Me robaron unos AirPods de la habitación del hotel hice denuncia con la policia
Pros:Bed was comfy.
Cons:Bathroom a bit small. Staff could be friendlier.
Pros:The convenience how close the hotel was to Walt Disney World.
Cons:The bathroom had mold in them, the ceiling was cracked and almost appeared like it was about to cave in. No microwave in the rooms. The carpets were dirty and need to be replaced. The rooms had no cleanliness smell to them.
Pros:Location is their most attractive quality. Close to restaurants, theme parks, and other entertainment facilities.
Cons:Staff lack the most basic customer service skills. They're unfriendly, and have subpar communication skills. Rooms could be cleaner as well as the overall grounds; trash was pretty much everywhere this last time I was there.
Cons:Not sure where to start. If it is the completely broken bed. The phone with no buttons that did not work to call the front desk about the bed. Those were just 2 things, thank goodness we were exhausted and delirious; therefore, we found wverything quite humorous. We just moved the mattress to the floor and slept the few hours we had left. The place was horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!
Pros:We liked only location.
Cons:First they gave us room that is not with pool view and we paid for it, then somehow when i was arguing they decided to switch to another one. We went to our room and we saw frog in the front of the door, we opened the door TV was on, and somebodys personal things were there so we called them and they told us that we need to come back to the front desk, we went there they gave us another one. We went to another one, everytjing smelled like mold, ac was leaking in the room, bathroom had wet sealing. In front of the apartments was so dirty, smelled so bad, we saw the room where they keep towels and it was dirty as nothing i saw before. We slept on the towels we brought with us and we didnt leave any of our bags in the apartment, fortunately we had to stay only 2 nights here. I learned my lesson and will never look at the hotels with 3 stars, i wish i paid more to stay in clean place. At one point we thought to sleep in our car, tried to find another hotel in the area but it was 2AM and everything around was booked for that weekend, except few that were in the same condition as this one. Dont recommend!!!

Pros:Location, friendly staff ,Luke was so on nice. Definitely an older Resort but very clean. Tiki Bar was fun
Pros:I liked the shuttles.
Cons:The way they treated the mold when I reported it was outrageous. You cannot just paint over black mold. Please, check your bathrooms carefully if you're staying. They didn't offer to change my room, or anything. They just painted over the mold and called it a day.
