The staff was very nice The beds were comfy Beautiful outside for the kids- it was like having a little park for the kids
Cockroach in room - the baby ones, which equals infestation No elevator to second floor, and the stairs were very steep for a child with disability.
A few pros and cons
Pros: Proximity to restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the Disney parks if you have a rental car. Pool was a bit on the small side, but nice. Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. I didn't see any bugs!
Cons: Very noisy. Could hear people walking by outside (the rooms have exterior doors) and noises in the parking lot. The breakfast was a bit sub-par. The "resort" fee is ridiculous, but many of the hotels charge them.
All activities geared towards children & how clean everything was!
The actual hotel rooms were not really geared towards children, very tall bathroom sinks with bowl sink/high top, no chair to sit and feed baby in.
Nice family hotel with great kid features
The room and amenities were great overall. This boutique hotels is perfect for families with younger kids. The location was good too, as it is right on a major thoroughfare and just minutes from just about anything you could need and/or want.
Check-In left a lot to be desired, as it took us more than 40 minutes to get our room. Also, we booked through Kayak/Expedia, and there was an additional $12.00 per night Resort Fee that we were charged on top of what we paid to Expedia. We were told that this was for the amenities. Breakfast was OK, however, it was the exact same thing for the three mornings we were there. There were the normal continental breakfast choices, as well as Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes, spicy sausage, and flat pre-prepared eggs. Also, the tables were plentiful, however, navigating through them, especially with a plate of food and hot coffee was difficult. I'd suggest grabbing breakfast at either Perkins or IHOP which are right next door.

Close to theme parks, beautiful lobby, decent breakfast
Pictures are deceiving... not worth the money... kids area was trashed all 3 days I went.. Don't have xboxs like pictures show, no paint station, beds were not queen beds, housekeeping walked in on me while changing, NOT A RESORT, a remodeled motel.. small rooms, small gym, no microwave on property, front desk hardly speak English, none of the staff knew how much the washer and dryer cost, I was handed used pool towels by housekeeping when asking for towels. No alarm clock in room, micro fridge took 2 days to get my drinks cold, little kids play area was either soaking wet or scorching hot. Ihop right next door had a bomb threat and cops had automatic rifles pointed to the building on my 2nd day of the stay. I WON'T BE STAYING AGAIN
