Pros:My kids had a blast in the different pools.
Cons:The only issue we had was the sliding glass door was jammed when we got there but staff fixed it right away. They could benefit by putting more umbrellas poolside.

Pros:I like that there was activities on the property to do.
Cons:Highly disappointed about the water park. I was there 3night and was maybe able to get into the water park for 90 on one day . Other then then you couldn't get in due to compactly limits and the time we did we had to then get out for sanitation.
Pros:Last minute trip with friends and family. Staff was awesome and very accommodating.
Cons:The Waterpark was overcrowded. If they added a second waterpark area to one of the pools it would definitely make this a much more desirable destination.
Pros:We have traveled here the last 9 years in a row, we love love love the amenities! It wasn't till last year we had issues with our room. We decided to give it a go this year and unfortunately it was almost as bad. The rooms need some major overhauling! Also the resort fees are the same price even with majority of the amenities being closed.

Pros:The children enjoyed the water park
Cons:My room was not as expected, I called looking for a solution and the staff did absolutely nothing. Not any sort of courtesy. The photos online does not match the rooms provided, when asked to update or compensate in anyway I was rejected and told it’s not their fault that the photos were not accurate. In addition, staff is very very slow. Took 40 mins to even get to the counter to check in, then the young lady at the front desk didn’t provide us with the concierge package or a map of the facility.
Pros:We love it had kitchen with dishes . Laundry items to wash our clothes . We was close to the water park. We had the best time ever. We only live 30 mins away but it didn’t feel like we lived close. I love all the activities the resort provides for the kids and it’s all free. That really help a one income family. We def will be back.
Cons:When we call the phones just ring and ring. Other then that it was an amazing time
Pros:Kids loved the fun lagoon swimming pool with water slides. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds.
Pros:Spacious and had all you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Kids had enough space to run around.
Cons:Bed was smaller than what was advertised in the master bedroom. Received more like a double instead of queen. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Also cushions in the chairs smelled like the needed cleaning could not sit in them.
Cons:The pools were dirty and we spoke to several employees and nothing was done some employee even said they have notify management in the past couple of days and still nothing was done and none of the handicap pool lifts had straps also the guards said they have mentioned it and still nothing was done
