Pros (+) Older hotel (probably circa 1970s) but friendly, safe, reasonably clean, close to Orlando attractions. No smells or excessive noise. Our room was closer to the back, which is where a small but pretty lake is located. There's a grill and a few chairs in the back, too.
Cons (-) Some maintenance needed. Old, small towels. Toilet paper that is thinner than RV/marine toilet paper. Breakfast is only coffee, orange juice and donuts.
