Carpet smells humity close to pool, need change for tiles

It was gross.ch caked in and got to the room. Bed sheets were torn, security latch broken off, we were only in the room 10 minutes and started breaking out with a rash. Staff was mediocre. We did not stay

Room was cleaned. Kitchen was ok
Employee at check in was not friendly and/or eager to help. Did not gave us any information about what was available, like continental breakfast time, location of other amenities in the hotel.
