Pros (+) Love everything about the hotel.
Cons (-) While at the pool there were children running and jumping into the hot tub & pool. The rules were not enforced.
Pros (+) Spacious clean room and delicious breakfast. Also large eating space.
Cons (-) I prepaid $99 for one night and stayed one night checking out the following morning. The hotel charged my credit card for $437 claiming because my phone went straight to voicemail, they had the right to charge me for three extra nights. I gave them my keys in the morning so I had no access to the room.
Pros (+) Its very clean and the personal are friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good on saturday
Cons (-) The breakfast on sunday was not good and there was hardly any of the hot food available when we went for breakfast around 8:00 am. if you come in the door from the back parking lot, that is where the smoking table is, right by the door and its smells awful.
Pros (+) I liked the amenities. the room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. That makes everything perfect.
Cons (-) The breakfast laid out in a very crowded space. People were in each others way. It was difficult to eat the delicious waffles without breaking a fork. The fork could barely pick up the eggs, when they had eggs. I suggest at least different utensils to eat with .
