Pros: Service was over the top. Amazing team of people dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Cons: It’s all relative isn’t it? Compared to other booking options in Key Largo, the room was overpriced considering the size and amenities. Food was overpriced and fresh off a food service truck. Drinks also overpriced. Fortunately, there are quite a few good restaurants off property. Read the fine print when you book. The balcony, tub, and kitchen in the pictures were NOT included - only for the bungalows. Also, non of the rooms are heated so if you book in the winter months - bring a blanket.
Mediocre2.5
Pros: The resort has a good positioning on Key Largo.
Cons: The place is overbuilt and old. Dirty. Also during the pandemic they are selling as many rooms as they can, the parking lot was packed. Moldy showers, peeling paint, filthy cushions on the balcony. Marriott has a knack for mediocrity. Never again! And by the way, the price for the room was over $600. They suck.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Beautiful hotel right on the beach. The pool was fantastic, framing the beach only a few feet away from it. The room was spacious, great bathroom with big walk-in shower and sink was higher than most, making it very convenient. They upgraded me to a ocean view room with a balcony which was fantastic. Also loved the gym.
Cons: I got food poising at their Sol restaurant right on the beach. I woke up at 3 am and felt terrible, I almost called the front desk but it got better after I went to the toilet. I was kind of weak and queasy the next day and probably should have notified the hotel but I was feeling OK compared to the pain I was in the night before and was attending the Bogart Film Festival and didn't want anything to spoil that. I usually don't stay at resorts, relying on Web sites for cheap, good quality hotels when I travel, but they gave film festival attendees a deal and a lot of the activities were there. When you go there expect everything to be expensive.

Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great entertainment in the bar. Great food in the restaurant.
Cons: Not quite finished with outside projects fro Hurricane Irma but almost there.
Good7.7
Pros: Room included breakfast-that's not common at hotels in the Keys! Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had shared deck just off the water, pretty to see in the morning.
Okay5.7
Pros: The price was right for an ocean front view. The tiki bar was charming and the food, drink and bar staff were great. Beds were comfy and the room was updated and looked very clean. Minimal continitental breakfast included.
Cons: The staff at check in and breakfast were abrupt and borderline rude. Not the warm and friendly vibe you'd hope for when on a tropical vacation. No coffee in the room and breakfast can't be brought back to your room. Not easy waking up and get caffinated with a grump over your shoulder. The rooms were super humid, the air didn't help. Quite the party hotel, so I wouldn't recommend for families. Staff is gone at 10, so there's no way to call when people are rowdy all night. And there's no phone in the room anyhow. No sunrise view, although sunset would be gorgeous I'm sure. We were just passing through, so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been upset if we had booked for a while. Pool was under construction, would've been nice to know and probably wouldn't have stayed there, had we known. Overall, it was great for a quick night passing through.

Cons: Difficult to access, very noisy busy at Tiki hut d/ t band. Limited breakfast

Pros: We loved that there were restaurants on both sides and are walking distances. The pool is nice and big with plenty of shades by trees.
Cons: The place is a little bit older and nothing has been updated.
Excellent8.2
Cons: Breakfast could be better
Okay5.1
Pros: The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy.
Cons: The room was run down. There was "stuff" in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. There is inadequate parking. You have to park at a neighboring restaurant.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Price and location were great. Everything was clean and perfect for a few nights in the Keys
Cons: Bathroom could use updates but it was very clean.
Good6.2
Pros: Rooms are very dated with bathroom cabinets crumbling, broken down phone system (message light blinked entire time and no one answered the phone or was busy) elevator hot and slow, breakfast area dirty and limited seating.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The staff was excellent and friendly. The facility is very clean. Located right on the marina with so many daytrip possibilities right outside your door. Two restaurants/bars right next to the hotel. The pool and hot tub are very clean they have laundry facilities a workout room.
Cons: Although the rooms were very clean the beds comfortable and everything was in order, the place is a little on the older side. But this did not stop us from having a fantastic time.
Okay5.4
Pros: Decent location with a lot of nearby points of interest.
Cons: Wasn't very clean, especially the floors and bathroom. Rather dated. Windows were dirty and non operational.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved everything! Very pleasant atmosphere and lovely setting on the marina, the pool was great, situated next to Skippers restaurant which had great food and terrific Pina coladas! Staff was wonderful too!
Good7.4
Pros: Room was clean with comfortable beds & nice bedding. Had plenty of hot water & good a/c.
Cons: Not enuff parking near rooms, to few electrical outlets & really spotty cable tv. The complimentary breakfast was modest.
Good6.5
Pros: Two restaurants near the hotel was a plus but prices caused us to drive to a different location to have our meals. The overall location was good and was near many activities that my family had planned. Employees were very nice and actually attended to any of our issues. The breakfast was nice as well.
Cons: The pool was not the best and the hot tub was worse. I also did not like that private sailboats and other water crafts were tied up along the marina because trying to sleep and waking up at 2 am because of a fight or loud music is unpleasant.
Excellent9.0
Pros: Very clean, the AC worked Very well... Huge tub with jacuzzi jets and mini fridge (all in my standard room)
Cons: The front desk staff was very friendly but the maids and workers outside of the main office were not very friendly or pleasant
Good6.0
Pros: Staff was cordial. Breakfast was goodrr
Cons: Rooms and baths were a little shabby
Excellent8.2
Pros: Lovely pool area, nice view of the marina. Room was a little small, but the price was right, and it was clean. Nice bar/restaurant next door, and only maybe a 1-minute drive to the highway. 5 minutes to the nearest Publix.
Cons: A surprising amount of street noise. Also, family in the next building over (same property, just a different building) sat out on their balcony until 2 am or so and they were REALLY noisy, and did so with seeming impunity (there were many of them and only two of us, so I didn't want to start picking a fight).
Good6.0
Pros: Location, marina, pool
Cons: Small beds, outdated, poor quality rooms.
Mediocre3.4
Pros: That it is located in Key Largo
Cons: Let me say that I am not usually a complainer. I understand that details can get missed in hotels, etc. That being said, where to start on the problems with this place? First, the room we had was extremely dated. That by itself is not a problem, but, not only was it dated, it was also in very bad shape. Everything in the room was completely worn. The sink was cracked and leaky, the faucet was corroded, the vanity in the bathroom was falling apart, the tub was broken, and the toilet leaked foul water from under it when it was flushed. And that was just the bathroom! The beds are so worn they were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. The AC system sounded like it was on its last leg, and the vent looked like it was literally about to fall out of the ceiling. The ceiling fan creaked and squeaked so bad it was unusable. The door had massive air gaps where you could look through and see sunlight. But, really, besides the raw sewage coming from under the toilet, worst of all was the that there were no curtains on the windows, and a shutter system that was on the outside. The cranks to operate the shutter was broken, and the shutters could only be opened from the outside. Anyone walking by could just open the shutters if they pleased, and we could have done nothing to stop it from inside the room. It was a terrible night! I called the from desk and they had no other rooms. I called every other hotel I could find in the area and everyone of them was booked solid. We just had to basically wait it out until morning. Whatever you do, avoid this hotel unless you like third world accommodations.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We liked that it was right on the marina and attached to Skippers restaurant which we ate at twice in the day we were there. The pool was lovely. We liked the pretty area to sit in front of the marina. Pool towels available. The room was a good size and comfortable.
Cons: Didn't like that there were no chairs to sit outside your room
Okay5.1
Pros: The room was cool and the bed linens were clean.
Cons: The bathroom needs updating. The wooden bathroom cabinet was rotted and the tub had mold. The pool needs some fixing up....like the concrete around the pool. The building in general is run down and the elevators look dirty.
Excellent8.8
Pros: I was so taken back by this facility, location was great front desk staff was great and was even kind enough to check me in early.Very informative and help in place to visit . Absolutely my new favorite place to stay in Key Largo.
Good6.5
Pros: The location of the hotel was good. It is located on the water and easily walkable to two good restraurants. It is perfect if you want to scuba or Snorkle because the boats take off right from the hotel. The pool was also nice with a separate hot tub area. At night it is all lit up and a very pretty place to walk along the water
Cons: The room itself was ok. The beds were comfortable and the air was cold and that is about it. It is outdated and a little dirty but for a short stay it was fine
Excellent10.0
Pros: Marina Del Mar was absolutely fantastic! Situated right in the heart of the dive and fishing charters, within walking distance to numerous eateries, this place is awesome!!!!!!!
