Front desk staff was friendly.
I liked nothing about this hotel. They didn't accommodate the room that I booked, I booked a king suite and received a double. I was told they didn't have that kind of room. The hallways weren't air conditioned and smelled terrible. The room smell.

The bedding was nice.
We booked with you to use the pool and it was not open. The general appearance of the pool and landscaping at the entrance was uncared for and unkempt. Very disappointing.
