Car rental at Kayseri Airport

Cons: Said it was in the terminal, after going through multiple different doors to find it, we went through a door that said do not enter and there was a security check point. We said, budget? They reached around the corner and yelled and someone came out with a folder, we went outside to the basement garage and waited for the car. The car was dirty, and was on empty when picked up. Overall just a shady operation. I chose budget because it’s an American company and I’m in a foreign country and wanted something familiar and safe. I didn’t feel safe while renting from budget in Kayseri Turkey. They also said they had to write my credit card number down in order to rent the car. Also, no gps was offered for us and with being in a foreign country, our service for cellphone gps was poor and the fear of getting lost was not fun.

Had to change first car they give us - flat tire!

Pros: 2nd car we got was clean and working well, so at least they partially recovered their screw up

Cons: Unlike other car rental companies, they do not have a counter inside the airport and you need to walk outside to try to find them and they might not know if you arrive at domestic or international terminal. Our car had flat tire. They should have noticed this. Then they brought me a smaller car than what I had booked.

Pros: el coche 2nd que nos dieron estaba limpio y funcionaba bien, así que al menos recuperaron parcialmente el tornillo

Cons: A diferencia de otras compañías de alquiler de coches, no tienen un mostrador dentro del aeropuerto y usted necesita caminar fuera para tratar de encontrarlos y tal vez no sepan si usted llega a la terminal nacional o internacional. Nuestro coche tenía un neumático plano. Deberían haber notado esto. Luego me trajeron un coche más pequeño de lo que había reservado.
