Cons: Hotel with freezing room temperature! I stay in this hotel in December 2019 and I'm stocked how this is possible to keep rooms not prepared for use (the key wasn't in room as in any other hotels) and they have to bring a mobile radiator as even with a key on the room temperature was still not acceptable for stay in! As hotels staff said it's set up on economy use!!! Never again pay for cold room!!! Unacceptable to stay in without of extra mobile radiator!!! In total I was suffering from cold for about 5h as I didn't know I need extra radiator otherwise impossible to heat the room even if you wait couple of hours! Food at restaurant nice but for vegetarian very limited also menu not change ever so it will be this same every day if you decide to use hotel restaurant.. oh and another odd thing when you ordering coffee in restaurant you need to ask for proper coffee cup as otherwise they will serve coffee in a juice glass so if hot you cant touch and coffee served this way is a BIG NO!!!

Cons: I was charged 45PLN for a public parking spot for my car, in the morning I had a ticket on my windscreen that the hotel staff removed. But still, shouldn't be charged for a public park spot, I could have payed that park by myself and for much less money.

Cons: The pillows are very uncomfortable. Terrible for the level of hotel it is. Foam chips. Unacceptable. We are staying again for 3 nights in February and hope the pillows HAVE CHANGED. Terrible. No other complaints. Would suggest having savoury snacks in the bar for guests who dont want a full meal in restaurant.

Pros: For a hotel near highway it was quite ok. Free water as a welcome gift. Staff speaks fluently and good polish! No english language knowledge is necessary.
Cons: Extremely expensive hotel parking lot. You can park really nearby on the street also for free. However I do not know if this is then safe.

Cons: We were changed for breakfast although we booked rooms with breakfast. At the reception desk we were told that the price includes only two breakfasts and two we have to pay, and said that this is the fault of booking. Although the confirmation letter clearly states that breakfast is included. Such things are not acceptable.

The bathroom was mostly clean but the shower was tiny, a bit to tiny for a normal guy. The employer at the reception was quite bored at our arrival so we didnt get any information from her.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel around six o'clock, there was a fire alarm, we waited over an hour until the rooms were received. We also got the wrong room, and the other room was not ready for 3 people. Which caused us, after a long day to get down and get up twice from the rooms to reception and back. The sauna didn't work and the hot tubs were cold. While we did get a drink while waiting for a room, in my opinion we had to get compensation, or a discount on our stay.

The staff at the reception assured us that the massage should be opend mond ay januari 6 dispite it was not a normal working day. But it was closed so we had to rearrange our plans for the day.

Cons: Staff were very crafty, told me I could use the printer without mentioning it would charge me, then 2 days later another receptionist was speaking to me and told me I needed to pay 8/9 zloty. I also had to leave early and staff assured me I could return to the hotel and use up the remainder of my stay any time within the next year for no extra charge, but when I contacted them to let them know I was returning they tried charging me nearly twice as much as the original price I’d paid and told me that they didn’t tell me it would be for free - when they 100% did. I immediately asked for a refund as it was a joke and they tried refunding me less than they were supposed to.

Pros: Staff trying best to help with cold but all rooms even restaurant was very cold.
Cons: Hotel with freezing room temperature! I stay in this hotel in December 2019 and I'm stocked how this is possible to keep rooms not prepared for use (the key wasn't in room as in any other hotels) and they have to bring a mobile radiator as even with a key on the room temperature was still not acceptable for stay in! As hotels staff said it's set up on economy use!!! Never again pay for cold room!!! Unacceptable to stay in without of extra mobile radiator!!! In total I was suffering from cold for about 5h as I didn't know I need extra radiator otherwise impossible to heat the room even if you wait couple of hours! Food at restaurant nice but for vegetarian very limited also menu not change ever so it will be this same every day if you decide to use hotel restaurant.. oh and another odd thing when you ordering coffee in restaurant you need to ask for proper coffee cup as otherwise they will serve coffee in a juice glass so if hot you cant touch and coffee served this way is a BIG NO!!!

Cons: I was charged 45PLN for a public parking spot for my car, in the morning I had a ticket on my windscreen that the hotel staff removed. But still, shouldn't be charged for a public park spot, I could have payed that park by myself and for much less money.

Pros: I was on floor 21 - the view was magnificent: I could see 'Spodek'. Breakfast was excellent: such a range! Pleasant service from all staff.
Cons: Unfortunately the adjoining shopping centre is pretty dead...hardly worth visiting.

Cons: My room was inside, floor 2 on a gallery, the problem was, that is located above the restaurant and therefore extremely loud. Window can only be opened to the inside of the gallery, no fresh air and definitely to loud. During my stay, there was a event and this went late, so no sleep almost the whole night as it was extremely loud. If you prefer a quiet room, ask staff at reception for it and they will make it for you.

Pros: Great location, walk to local Galeria, fantastic restaurants in the locality comparable to Michelin Star Restaurants especially at Hotel Monopol! The restaurant on the first floor is incredible, beautiful live pianist, very good wine selection and outstanding food!!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike, difficult to find any fault. Staff go above and beyond!
