Pros: The rooms were very comfortable and large,well decorated and very comfortable beds. Great location would highly recommend the hotel.

Pros: Every staff was very kind. It's a great place to shopping there is Carrefour near by hotel so we went to shopping at Carrefour every night after sightseeing. They sell Mangojelly it was very cheap! The hotel breakfast was excellent.

Although there is only either rice or noodle and includes one soup, I think is enough and delicious . The location is near Love River and old down. The food there is yummy and reasonable. Around the hotel there are many restaurants

Pros: The rooms are very new and really comfortable. The bathroom is nice and has good white ware. The cleaning staff are on the ball and friendly. Reception is efficient and professional. It is right next to stop 12 of the light rail which connects to Shitzuwan mrt and Dream mall. The area around the hotel is fantastic and has many arts and craft shops.

Cons: There are a lot of tour groups using the hotel. The smell of smoke was present in the hallways as some guests ignored the no smoking policy for the rooms. The soundproofing between rooms could be better. Breakfast and supper can be a bit of a race to get food before it runs low.

Pros: Very comfortable, large, extremely clean rooms. Great location next to harbor and tram/subway system. Good options for breakfast and lunch.

Cons: Strict 3pm check-ins. Need to manage/be open to check-ins as rooms become available. Helps everyone out. Prevents bottle necks/crowding for people waiting in the lobby.

Pros: GREAT Location. Awesome city and great staff. it was so easy to get around within the city and this hotel was in the prime location. easy walk to the MRT and here are so many bars and places to eat.

Pros: It was easy to get a cab. Staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Nice touch to escort the delivery guy up to our room. Also, when we had electricity issues in our room, they were ready to move us to a new one without us asking.

Cons: The hotel is in need of an update -- it's tired. Bathroom feels old, and the toilet water pressure is awful. I was afraid to flush toilet paper down! You have to hold the handle for, like, 30 seconds. Air conditioner is weak and the vent is poorly placed -- not over the bed, so until we complained and they brought us an oscillating fan, we were broiling. Shower leaks too much and the space is tiny. The sink faucet uses two handles -- hello, 1987! And the TV cable reception and picture were a mess. Finally, do NOT pay for the hotel breakfast -- it was all quantity over quality, which I wouldn't mind if it were good. Most dishes were poorly cooked, badly maintained and tasted bad. And it was pricey! There are fantastic spots nearby to have a real Taiwanese breakfast, or do as I did and have it delivered!

Pros: Friendliness of the staff

Cons: Room was dirty (found old tissue under the bed, carpet on the floor was extremely dirty, windows get foggy as soon I switch on the air-con and has moisture, garbage not collected everyday, shower has lot of moisture). Look like the hotel had better days. Swimming pool: baby not accepted (as it will disturbed the local coming for their swimming leisure, swim guard not very effective and lacking of knowledge ). So we are a family of 4, i had to swim with my kid of 6 y/o while my wife was not allowed to enter the swimming pool area with our baby son.

Pros: Great view and spacious. I can stay whole morning to see the view and relax.

Cons: Carpet and chairs need to be cleaned thoroughly or renovated. However, comparing to the fare, I can tell the value is high.

Pros: Location was great! Near two bus stops that made for easy travel.

Cons: The lobby had an awful smell to it. Room was really cold and when I spoke to the front desk it was left unsolved. Pool area required a swim cap.

Pros: The main selling point is the sauna/spa/onsen area. They have about 5 pools, from very cold to very warm. And two saunas, a Finnish dry sauna and a steam sauna. After a long day of walking and sighseeing, I always enjoyed to relax in the spa. It was never too full and it was clean enough. I regreted that I couldn't stay longer.

Cons: People jump from the sauna with all the sweat directly into the pool. I would suggest to add some showers at the sauna, so the guest could quickly shower off the sweat and the pools will stay much cleaner. The sleeping room is very simply. It's a big room with about 36 beds. There is no divider or shade, everybody can see everything. As for me, I don't like to stay in such setting for too many days.
