Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, scenic river views, and comfortable beds. However, there were widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, mold, insects, and general lack of maintenance. Service was also criticized, with reports of inattentive or absent staff. Safety concerns were raised due to unstable structures, poor lighting, and stray animals. Overall, while the setting and bed comfort were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and safety.
