Pros (+) Rooms were great, facilities and public spaces were comfortable and attractive, location was perfect, restaurants and food were delicious. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help with any request.
Cons (-) There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the wired internet that was provided was very slow. In this day and age, it seems important to provide quick, reliable internet and Wi-Fi, or it will be difficult for business travelers (or anyone who relies on the internet really) to stay there.
