The location was excellent, close to everything.
The room was very small, and there was no storage at all, which made moving around the room difficult. Also the room was more expensive than advertised, as there was an extra fee. I feel that we should have been notified by email about the extra fee.

The hotel's staff is super friendly and efficient: they helped us sending our bags to the next hotel and they also called our next hotel to let them know our luggage would arrive. The staff also recommended some restaurants and they were great! The position is perfect to visit Kanazawa: everything is within a 10 minute walk except the station which is an extra 5 minutes far. Our room (6th floor) also had a nice view on the neighborhood. The room was clean and super silent, we spent a couple of days there and it was just perfect. Last but not least: the hall is also a beautiful café, stylish and warm, where you can have breakfast and drink a good espresso or have a drink when you come back at night. We will book a room here again for sure the next time we'll be back to Kanazawa!
