The easiness in booking the room
It advertised a hot breakfast it was a continental breakfast and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable it just was not up to standards we were first introduced to a room that smelled of mask like wetness like mildew mildew and it was horrible the second room we got was OK but the beds were very hard and it just was not up to standards but as the saying goes you get what you pay for

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. The toaster did not go down to do toast. The orange juice was awful. Other items were not tended too. Extremely disappointed.
The light in the bathroom above sink did not work. Hard to put make up on in the dark. Like above the breakfast was the worst I'd ever had. Lots of noise all night long. Reported item to the front desk and she acted like "so!"
