Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. While some appreciated the value for money, historical atmosphere, and friendly staff, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, such as mold, dust, and neglected facilities. Service was generally adequate, with a few positive mentions of helpful staff, but some guests noted a lack of amenities and professionalism. Overall, the location and price stood out as the main positives, but cleanliness remains a significant concern.
