Great location. Nice clean room with great bed.
Reception. Dreadful check in & check out. They stuff needs training. They are the "face" of the hotel and they are doing a lousy job. First they didn't find my name. I had to show them the booking.com reservation (Koren). Then they didn't know how to change the reservation from card to cash. Upon checking out; they printed the wrong bill. The lady checking us out reassured us that the parking was paid. Guess what, the parking garage didn't let us out... Only when the parking garage got on the phone with reception- the parking gate opened. Reception gets a 0 mark.
Everything from service to comfortable and clean rooms.
Great location and choice for Jerusalem especially when compared to similar options in town.
Somewhat uneven experience, some meals and service were top others not as much
The scent all over the hotel was amazing, the decor fantastic. The history artifacts outside the spa was great & last but not least the bedroom, just fantastic.
think the breakfast staff were overwhelmed.... coffee was long in coming ( our neighboring tables were also commenting), and in general different to the house staff.
breakfast was wonderful . room service breakfast was enough for allllllllllllllllllllll day. i wasn't well, and Ilanit treated me like royalty!!!! i had a lecture to present, and had a hard time getting dressed, she sent a wonderful woman to help me. lecture was a success!!!!!!!! as was my stay. Like family.
