I paid for 2 nights but when I didn't check in the 1st night (informed hotel accordingly,) they sold my room and would not let me check in on the 2nd day till 2pm.

The facility is new, located near airport.
The cleaning service was lacking. They did not clean my room. And i notice jeju cleaning service is pretty much the same. It thoroughness depend on who is working on the floor that day. There seem to be no manegement for cleaning service that does a double check on the service.
