Clean, and staff was excellent.
The Hotel Manager chose to place laziness over comfort as I wanted to stay two additional nights as I checked out but she told me I had to stay in a room my bad my family had been in for two days. This was so inconveniencing as my kids were in school.

Sofa Bed/Couch to sit on was old and very uncomfortable. TV was crooked on the wall and held on to wall mount with zip ties. Expected a nicer and larger bathroom for a suite.
We slept well and were able to get showers. We also were glad to have the room stocked with a hair dryer, fridge, and sink. We understand the breakfast is the grab-and-go. Thank you. We appreciate the coffee up front too in the lobby.
There was basically no walk path once the sofa bed was pulled out because it butted up against the foot of the other bed. The room was very musty/humid. We were incorrectly charged for a beer. I'm glad I caught it and the lady took it off.

Yes, I left pajamas, which was very important to me in one of the drawers in the room. I called back the same night I checked out ( I checked out a day earlier) so I forgot my pajamas. They have not located them. I know I left them in the room.

Disappointed that maintenance do not check bathroom sink stopper that wonâ€™t stay up causing water to fill sink and I reported this after check out. Maintenance should have checked everything in room to make sure

The air conditioner was broken and making lots of noise. Their was water leaking all over the floor from it . The gentleman at the desk just said we will make a note and gave is some towels . Also the tv was not working right and they told us the same th.
