The shower and the bed were fantastic! The breakfast was delicious.
I did not like animals in the hotel.
Ease of facilities Value for money Comfort of bed Space Good parking facilities
Nice hotel but...
Nice clean hotel in a good location.
Shower is nice and roomy but unfortunately its roominess is ruined by low water flow. Other guests are very noisy even after midnight.
Will definitely return
Great proximity to excellent finer dining restaurants/lounges, shops, and boutiques. Very comfortable bed/bedding. Relaxing atmosphere /decor in hotel and rooms. Ample space in room with a well designed layout and tastefully decorated with an artistic flare.
Different...but in a good way!!
The staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean, the desk chair- super comfortable (might be a Henry Miller), breakfast was great (if you can get a room with breakfast included....it is a great value, particularly if you enjoy steak and eggs...!). The view was nice (we had a lake view, and were on the 4th floor). The hotel is in Tapestry Park, which has several additional dining choices, all within a short walk of the hotel (5 minutes or less), although the restaurant/bar in the hotel is very good as well. The Saint Johns Town Center shopping mall is maybe 5-7 minutes away.
Nothing! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends and family.
The room was amazing with a great view of the Tapastry neighborhood, tall ceilings, comfortable bed, and superb layout.
It was a little hard to find at first, but overall, it was a great stay.
The rooms were great and very clean as well as the pool.
The girl at checkout was not very nice. We asked for another receipt and she said that the receipts would be the same and she really didn't want to waste paper. The bartender on Saturday wasn't very nice. She had a condescending and snooty attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable like she was profiling us. She had other customers around the bar who were older and appeared to have money. She seemed to look down on us. We had just come back from the beach so of course we weren't dressed in our best attire but we weren't dressed inappropriately either. Overall, we probably won't stay at Indigo again even though we really enjoyed it the first time.
At the end of the lakeside boardwalk in the European-styled Tapestry Park village, with its restaurants and shops a quick walk away, you’ll find the Hotel Indigo® Jacksonville Deerwood Park hotel. While our neighborhood was once dubbed “Hollywood East,” today our hotel’s attentive team members, stylish decor and distinctive amenities invite intrepid travelers to make our neighborhood their temporary home. We’re pet friendly, have a gorgeous outdoor pool, and an event space that can handle up to 100 for business or social occasions. We also host Silent Sundays, in partnership with Norman Studios Silent Film Museum, with silent films, popcorn and post film discussions for a $5 admission, benefiting the museum’s refurbishment efforts.
