Pros: Location is nice .... a bit far away from downtown Istanbul ... but I have to admit that I really like travelling with the metro and the buses .... it feels like Istanbul was my hometown ;-)

Cons: Regarding the car parking it mention on the site is free !!! But it's not i explain that for the ass manager and she said will get exception from here MNG but ahe do not reply to me , the housekeeping do not clean the room well and you should call the housekeeping every day to ask for soap and tissue ,
The bed was not comfort .

Cons: Staff at the reception was very rude and impolite. They behaved very rudely when we requested an early check in which was just half hour before the Check in Time. And, the location of the hotel is very far away from main attractions. Only suitable for those renting a car in Istanbul.

Cons: I booked for a double bed and a single bed. When I went to the room there was a double bed and a sofa. I asked for it to be changed and the bed I received was very uncomfortable. The key card stop working so I had to keep coming downstairs to receive a different one. We also were not allowed to drink beside the pool.
