Nevertheless I stood in this hotel for a short period, It was a best experience for me in Istanbul. Breakfast was unbelievable with magnificent view from terrace. Room was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Thanks a lot for everything.
The location is perfect, you are almost at the Taksim square. Everything is so near. Lots of restaurants. You are very near to the metro station. The whole hotel team is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok on the rooftop. Room was big enough and clean.
They should do something in the bathroom. There is no window so the humidity is doing here work in the bathroom, you can see black spots.
Had a brilliant stay, it was clean, good location to the center, staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend everyone. Thanks for your great service
Our room was intruded by the hotel staff while we were gone on the day after we checked in. They ignored the sign that we left on the door to not enter our room as there was no need for them to tidy it up. Worse, they touched/moved our personal belongings, took the extra bed (it was there when we checked in, we did not request for it), left the window open. When I spoke to the manager (Mr. Parvin?) about it, he said he was not aware. He said it was his manager who should address the issues. I had a long discussion with him late into the night. He knew that I was terribly upset with what happened. I told him his people broke our privacy. He said he wouldn't want the same thing to happen to him. We have to sit on the bed as there was no chair at all. Room was poorly lit, it was dark, busted bulbs, etc etc. In the early morning hours, we were woken up by the noise from above the floor where the restaurant is located: they dragged/banged the chairs and tables relentlessly. Our stay in that hotel (and I don't want to remember its name) was a disaster!!! But I'd like to give credit to one of their staff who was very gentle in helping us carry our luggage when we checked out.
The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, breakfast good and traditional and the location just a short walk from Taksim square. Coffee and tea facility in the room.
The Wifi which I would have needed very much did not work during the entire stay. I pointed out it several times.
