Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with their stay, particularly criticizing the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of service, and management's behavior. Many reviews mention issues such as unclean rooms, poor staff attitude, and problems with amenities and room size. Several guests also felt misled by the hotel's photos and descriptions online, and some experienced safety concerns or difficulties with location and accessibility. Only a few reviews noted positive experiences, mainly related to friendly staff or convenient location, but these were far outweighed by negative feedback.
