Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and public transport. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with many noting well-kept rooms and daily housekeeping. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, mentioning lack of variety and quality, and a few found the rooms to be smaller than expected. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with service and location stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
