Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to resolve issues, with several guests highlighting exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with a variety of options and good quality. However, some guests were disappointed by the small room sizes and uncomfortable beds, and a few experienced issues with air conditioning and room maintenance. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and breakfast outweighed the negatives for most guests.
