Although the staff was very helpful and kind, the location was very inconvenient, as it was too far from both the village and the port, with no bus station near. As for the room, it was very small, old, and not well kept.
- hotel location is great - only 500m away from the city center, - hotel owner is a very kind and helpful person - it was a pleasure to talk with him, - hotel provided breakfasts and lunches if desired, - room had a very nice view to the port.
- room was in very poor condition - lamps and some of the lights were not working properly, - air conditioning was working poorly, - in some of the nights there were plenty of young people making noise in the middle of the night while partying / coming back from the party.
Breakfast cheap and delicious! Same goes for lunch and dinner. Rooms extra clean, the beds super comfy. The bar gives you the opportunity to have a relaxing drink with some friends at a very low price. Finally the location is perfect. Five minutes from the port and six to seven minutes from the town!
The bathrooms could have been a bit bigger. There was not enough space
Property is right in the middle from the port to the centre ( where the main restaurants are and clubs) there is a stairway that is on the side of the hotel that connects to both. Good location.
The Owner is a great man, very lovely and helpful and has a lot of pride and wants the best for his guests. However unfortunately his staff are not at the same level. (Housekeeping) What happend during our stay; I had a dirty laundry bag needing to be washed under the dresser, containing shirts and bikinis. A bikini set was placed in there however I couldn’t locate the bottoms for 2 days, assuming I miss placed them didn’t worry about them and would search for them later. So upon checking out we are packing and my friend had her sport shoes wrapped up in a bag and they were in her back pack never needing them in ios she never took them out of her bag however they were missing. Searching the room found them in the closest that we never used. Jokingly my friend said check the drawers and to which I did. In the dresser drawer stuffed behind a bible was my bikini top (which was never missing) I had specifically placed that in a washer bag knowing it was there. We knew something was up and went straight to the owner. He was so apologetic and obviously embarrassed by the situation and was more then happy to pay for the cost of the bikini that was missing due to his staff. We continued to search the room and found my bikini bottoms thrown on top of the wardrobe in the back corner. We explained to the owner what we found and he has the photos aswell. He confronted his staff in front of us however she denied it all. I would still go back to the property because it is a great location and the owner is a great guy. However I would lock my bags when you aren’t in the room.
Good location, picked us up from the port. Helpful information and beautiful view from room.
Basic but had what we needed for 2 nights
