The staff were very friendly and extremely helpfully. The location of the hotel was a little bit away from the town centre but very easy to get to using the STB tram.The views from my room were breathtaking. I would definitely be staying here again if visit Innsbruck! I had a very lovely stay,thank you x
No mini kettle in the room,but then did have hot water at the reception That’s just me being picky

Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Location is very good, closed to few bus stops.
Was good to have a kettle in the room. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is out of town but the bus goes past the front door and the local tram stop is 100m away. Perfect as quiet location but easy links into town. Breakfast was very good Staff were exceptional
