The front desk manager was very courteous and was waiting for us even when we checked in close to midnight. Next day morning the girl at breakfast helped us plan our programme for the day with a detailed plan as we were having issues with German.
The rooms though confortable are not ergonomically designed and have no ventlation. U cannot lock the room door and the bathroom door for inside. The TV is placed at a very awkward position. The bathroom has just a small soap. The breakfast was just average with hardly any choice. The Good thing was that it had Hot Milk available for tea and coffee

The breakfasts in the morning were quite nice; the staff was friendly, including the reception lady who was quite okay speaking English; and the unusually shaped room I got (third floor) was neat!
The lack of air conditioning (which I think is common in the area), and the fact that it is a little out of the way in terms of location. Also it is a bit hard to find the front door.
