Not at all like the rating
The pillows and the bed were comfortable .
Uninformed about having to call for the shuttle service upon arrival at airport as it advertises as 24 hour pick up. Waited for over half an hour expecting to see the shuttle amongst the many that pick up We arrived before midnight tired and wanted a fast check in. The front desk clerk was friendly but the processing poor due to computer problems and our room looked like someone had been in it already as the bed looked sat upon ! Too tired to move so we didn’t change rooms . In the morning we saw the chipped paint walls and felt overall it wasn’t very clean This is an older “ motel” style “hotel” that quite possibly rents out to monthly customers . Disappointed from the rating it was given !
Close to airport, fine.
Very friendly and helpful front desk workers. He offered restaurant recs and tried his best to make our stay pleasant. When they were out of cribs, he offered comforters to cushion the floor for our toddler. The room was pleasant.
We waited for over 30 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive. They were out of both cribs and rollaway beds, though they did offer to try and contact their sister properties to borrow one.
Clean, convenient and breakfast was great
We loved how clean the room was and the smell of clean sheets. The breakfast bar was fantastic too.

My car was broken in to while parked on the parking lot, and several very important items were stolen. I was promised a refund from getaroom.com for one night, for $115.00, but I have not received anything. My wife and I enjoyed coming to comfort inn several times a year, but I think its time for us to find another hotel.

I got off my plane to find that room had been cancelled and sold too someone else. I had nowhere to go at 1am in the morning. My wallet was stolen a day before I checked in. When they tried to charge my card, it was declined and I was notified thatbinhad 24 hours to provide a new card number. I called them as soon as my plane landed, not even an hour after I got the email saying I had 24 hours to provide a new card to keep reservation. They did not honor their contract. Rude managers and unacceptable business practice. I will never stay at a comfort Inn again not use Kyayk or booking.com. If I wasn't a roll with the punches kinda guy, it would have been much worse. Unacceptable.

The hotel was a little run down in appearance of rooms. De-luxe was rather a misnomer. There was supposed to be a swimming pool but its location was not apparent. Maybe a plan of the hotel available at checkin would be helpful.

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Checked out and was told there was a 9:30am shuttle bus - come 9:50am, they had forgotten about me and they urgently put me on the 10am - made me late for my flight!!!!
The hotel was convenient to lax. The morning breakfast and shuttle to the airport were reasons for our choice of this hotel.
For being so close to lax, my room was surprisingly quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were a better quality than other comparable hotels.
I detected a disinfectant smell in my room, which bothered me at first until I got use to it.
The only thing going for it is the location and the car parking . It needs to be rerated
