Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's central location and found the service generally satisfactory, with several staff members noted for their friendliness and hospitality. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, especially in rooms and bathrooms, and some guests experienced issues with service consistency and communication. While the property itself is appreciated for its ambience and comfort, there were also complaints about value for price, security, and outdated facilities. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay for many, but improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
