Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a generally good location and some positive experiences with staff, but the majority of feedback is negative, focusing on poor service, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues. Many guests reported rude or unhelpful staff, discrimination, and problems with amenities such as towels, WiFi, and elevators. Cleanliness in rooms and public areas is a recurring concern, with several guests describing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and restaurant areas. While a few guests appreciated the room size or breakfast, overall satisfaction is low due to these persistent problems.
