The staff was very nice and helpfull. They helped us carry our bags to and from our room, and gave us detailed options what tot do in Hue. Lastly they helped us book 2 great Easy Riders for our trip to Hoi An!
After showering a lot of water on the floor of the shower wouldn't drain, causing it to remain there and generate an awful smell. Also, our room was swarmed with ants.
