Cons (-) When I called the hotel directly they stated they had no open rooms. Went online and got a room with no problem and at a lower rate. Will do this again and use your service. Can't seem to trust the hitel for the right information.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the convenient location near the airport and other attractions. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly unpleasant odors in rooms and hallways, and some maintenance concerns such as elevator condition and pool upkeep. Overall, while the service and amenities like breakfast were appreciated, cleanliness was a recurring problem for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
