Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as roaches, stains, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, with reports of long wait times and unresponsive staff. While a few guests appreciated the location near the airport and public transport, many found the amenities lacking, with broken or missing items like towels, microwaves, and TVs. Value for price was generally seen as poor, with guests feeling they did not get what they paid for. Overall, the negatives far outweighed any positives in these reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
