Very bad location, so many sketchy things going on, this hotel needs rebranding to a quality inn, has nothing to do the name Hyatt I’m used to

Pros (+) It's a very convenient location, rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for the money.
Cons (-) nothing really not to like, overall it was a pleasant experience and this trip was only a couple of days. But a quick note that the area in general is not a very safe area, so don't recommend walking around.

Pros (+) We experienced outstanding customer service during our stay. There was a young man, Johnny, who worked at the front desk and was particularly attentive to our needs. The breakfast workers- Ms. Loretta and Mr. Keith were very friendly and helpful. Our shuttle drivers were also very accommodating.
