Pros (+) The Hotel was great. Location was great. Room was great.
Cons (-) Weather force me to cut my trip short by one day. I need to get home or be delayed. The hotel didn't charge Kayak the extra day but there was no recourse for me to get any portion of my cost back for the last day. Hotel and Kayak won-Me, the customer, lost big time. Because of this I'll most likely pay more for the room and have an option if I can't stay the full time. Very unhappy!
