No breakfast available during stay, room corridors smelt musty.
Transportation from the airport at night too sketchy, not on time, not following timetable
We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)
Staff were great. Buffet was good value and tasty.
Charged for drinks we did not have. Concierge was not around when we wanted our bags. Shuttle bus to airport. Not easy to get to the bus stop from hotel.

Despite its proximity to Heathrow, the room was very quiet as well as being clean, well air conditioned, and large by European standards.

We arrived late, 8:30 at night, and needed to print out our boarding passes. We had some trouble accessing the information but the concierge was patient and helped us get the passes printed. The morning breakfast was great. Finally, we needed something mailed and they agreed to do that too. So great service, great locations.
I had a package delivery to the hotel no one was there to received and I missed my package I returned home with out and probabaly will lose my money that I expended

Not kids friendly. No swimming pool. I am gold elite member several time requested front desk staff that I am entitled to enhanced speed internet but they never hot permission for it. Their generic WiFi was really slow. Although, I was on holidays with my family but I was working and it was difficult to download any attachment
