Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the hotel, citing issues such as lack of cleanliness, broken or uncomfortable beds, poor maintenance, and a lack of amenities like gym, pool, or restaurant. Many guests were surprised or unsettled by the presence of refugees or asylum seekers, which led to concerns about safety and comfort. However, a few guests noted that staff were friendly and helpful, and some found the rooms comfortable or appreciated the location. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives, with most guests not recommending the hotel.
