room is quite small. Staff is as friendly as other hotels, nothing special. I was supposed to have upgrades if available but the staff said they are all sold out.

Pros (+) The hotel is at the middle of Waikiki. It's not right by the beach front but less than 5 mins walk. The hotel is very clean. The bed and pillows is clean. Kamaina free parking
