Comfortable bed. Great views. Amazing staff.
There are no fans in the bathroom. The shower/tub was really short for tall people. No water fill up stations on each floor.
Very Pleased
The hotel was beautiful and ready for the holidays. Only a few blocks from the beach. Loved the towel access and hospitality for a late flight.
Didn’t care for the hotel restaurant.
room service was pricy and was not great only complaint 200 bucks was only worth 30
Good Hotel , Good Location
Only a block from Waikiki Beach. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.
The swimming pool did not look very clean.
Disappointing
Nothing
Room service was inedible, room was tiny, rude staff, further from the beach and activities than expected, overpriced, THE Smallest pool. Additionally when I asked where the pool was the concierge replied "the pool is for guests only" assuming I just wandered off the street or something. Overall just rough stay. Definitely would not recommend.
Good stay at a nice hotel
Loved the staff, very friendly. Location was conducive to getting around Waikiki, and picking up buses around town. Zip car located across the street. Great views on either side of the hotel. Free continental breakfast and internet were very nice plusses.
Gym is pretty lackluster. Not the worst I've seen, but, could have been better. Though, they did say new equipment was incoming, so, may be better now. Wifi was a little spotty in the guest rooms.
Quick stay
Room was clean and fresh. Liked the available beach towels and the children enjoyed the pool in the evening. one block to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
Resturant was ok, typical of hotel restaurants, would recommend going out for better food. Good for family in need of quick food. Breakfast pancakes are huge for one child (adult menu). Found free wifi slow, not much faster when we paid for 24 hours.....
wouldn't come back

Only stayed one night and spent most of our time out, as you might imagine......but the time we did spend in the hotel was great.....the staff and facilities were excellent!!! Would definitely refer you to a friend.......
Hotel is two short blocks away from Waikiki Beach. Very convenient location.
Only specific complaint was the lack of sound proofing. We were on a low floor and heard all the street noise as well as noise from surrounding rooms.
It is a great hotel in a very good location. Good service and nice rooms.
Great location, just a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Coin operated laundromat and ABC Store (for drinks, snacks etc) is just on the opposite corner. Hotel is very nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great (plenty of bench space). Nice lobby. Staff were nice.
Around $10/day for internet. Daily room cleaning didn't finish until late in the day.
The reception staff were very helpful and they provided us with a hospitality room for an hour becasue our flight was a late flight.
the Bell boys were not very responsible. We book for a shuttle bus to the airport on 27July and they forgot to do it. As a result we waited for 20 minutes, only to be told that the reservation wasn't made. Worse still, we ask them to book a taxi and we had to wait for another 15 minutes. We ended up hailing a taxi on the street. Our taxi driver told us the delay was due to the fact that the Bell boys only called their taxi driver friends to fetch hotle guests. which explain the delay.
Able to get coffee/food 24/7
Would like to see lounge bar open till 12.00 midnight, [at present closes at 10/00pm]
Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Anything that we needed they were able to organise or help us to organise.
Room was small, and squashed. Pool was not open during our time there. Breakfast that was provided was misleading - the impression given was that a full breakfast was provided, when in fact it was just access to a room that had continental breakfast. The room cards kept on losing there magnetism causing them not to work at times (very frustrating.)
The Prince Kuhio was only a block away from the beach, and the shuttle to Ala Moana (a great shopping centre) stopped right outside the door. The staff here are very friendly, in particular the crew from Mac 24/7 who provided great service for breakfast every morning. The rooms were stylish and very clean and had everything we needed, and the hotel seems very family-friendly. For the very reasonable proce I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing.
everything about this hotel was great, it was beautiful from the moment we walked in the spacious lobby, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and to have a room to get ready for our flight after an earlier checkout was just sooo nice!!!
there was not one thing we did not like about this hotel
Sitting just one block back from the sea is the Hilton Waikiki Beach. Just beyond the hotel to the back is Leahi, or Diamond Head as it is known to many. The hotel is meant to be a Hawaiian paradise for visitors and feels like a resort.
The hotel has 601 rooms and suites. There are gorgeous views from some of the rooms, either of the ocean or of beautiful Leahi. Rooms and suites alike are equipped with luxury finishes and furnishings so guests can feel good in their surroundings. Rooms have private balconies or lanais. There are plasma TVs, marble and natural stone finishes, and beautiful accent woods. Some of the suites have wet bars, and full dining areas. There are suites towards the top of the building that get as big as 1,200 sq. ft.
There are several dining options at the Hilton Waikiki Beach. M.A.C. 24/7 Restaurant + Bar is one of them. This restaurant provides room service at any time also. For a more elegant setting, there’s Altitude @ 37. The views are breath-taking as it’s at the top of the hotel. The Hang 10 Bar & Grill is on the 10th floor next to the pool.
Guests can hang out at the pool, walk the block to the beach, or go visit the Diamond Head Monument that’s only a mile away. There’s lots of hiking and biking around the volcano crater, and guests can get some amazing pictures from a day spent up there. There’s really good golfing for those who love hitting the green, and anything visitors want to do is easily accessible on the Waikiki Trolley that stops just out in front of the Hilton Waikiki Beach.
This is an amazing location for everything that guests will want to see and do while in Honolulu. The Hilton Waikiki Beach gives visitors to this island in Hawaii luxury, convenience, beauty, and so much more that will make their vacation one to remember.
