Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its outstanding service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is highly valued for its convenience and centrality, yet many note it remains quiet. Cleanliness is another strong point, with rooms and facilities frequently described as spotless and well maintained. Some guests mention breakfast as average or in need of improvement, and there are occasional complaints about noise levels and soundproofing. A few negative experiences, including issues with pests and room allocation, are reported but are outweighed by the positive feedback.
