Ease of pick up at airport was great, but then trying to talk to someone before drop off was difficult. Staff at each point were terrific but sometimes it is necessary to speak to customer service and this was not possible. I called many times and it was not picked up at the drop off location. In the end we chose to drive to the airport the day before returning the car to check it out as we had an early flight and did not want to miss our plane if we late etc. It would help perhaps if there was a sms stating details of the drop off location eg. Hertz is situated near departure lounge, allow10 mins to park and walk to counter, remember bay number details and drop off keys in the drop box if the counter is unattended.
