Front desk lady i think was extremely polite.
I paid online and had to pay deposit upon arrival. Was supposed to have refunded back to card the next day was not refunded and staff gives run around. Will not stay again.

Location was okay
There was mold and crumbling wall and ceiling in bathroom w/hole. No coffee (they wouldn’t allow you in lobby - other hotels we stayed at this week in Hattiesburg were able to provide coffee ) the staff was short and not very helpful; we had - 12” x 12” pillows for a king size bed - I have never seen small pillows like this - they wrapped the pillow cases around because the pillow was so small. The towels were barely bigger than hand towel.

When I booked online it said breakfast for 2 was included in the price, it was after I arrived that I was told there will be no breakfast because of coronavirus..which is somewhat understandable, I just think you should state that online because some people may be comparing hotels & like me; decide to go with the one offering breakfast lol
