Staff were lovely and friendly, lift wasn't working so they offered help with bags but thankfully we were only on the second floor. Room was lovely and quiet and it's in a great location for getting about.
We went for a cosy room which was fine except the bathroom was a bit snug, the towel rail was right next to the toilet so no chance of it being used unless you wanted to risk a burn!
Need to reopen the pool
Upon arriving at the hotel, I received a warm and informative welcome. Very polite and professional. The room was a single room as per booking but very nice.
Lift was not working.Should have been advised before travelling.Had to forfeit second night and return home as stairs compounded a knee problem.
Nice bar area to relax and have a drink. We liked the style if the hotel.
