The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The room (king bed with sleeper sofa) was a strange configuration but suited our needs nicely. There were two things that bothered me. The biggest issue (admittedly a strange one), was the pillows. They would not stay under our heads! I don’t know if it was the filling in them, or the pillow cases, but my husband and I kept waking up with our pillow...
