Lovely staff and the hotel facilities were very comfortable. The food was delicious!
The jacuzzi wasn't hot at all and the sauna wasn't working.
Clean and quite with a good and friendly manner of the staff - that is why I like Melia hotel
Room size, convenience, seeing staff santise and clean public areas, good fun live music on weds evenings in lounge area downstairs. A great business hotel.
The smell of the room is very damp. Housekeeping every day did not entirely clean well compared to other hotels around the world. We would leave our room and come back to tidy beds and new towels however the bathroom floors were not clean and you could see hairs on the floor. Also mosquitoes- I got bitten 5 times in one night. The rooms can have a very damp smell when you walk in. Selection of drinks and cakes could also be improved in the lounge downstairs.
Nice hotel, cleanliness, and facilities
The breakfast is excellent, but the cutlery sets and tea cups are ugly. It is not fixed in this hotel. The cutlery sets pulls on the table after meal, it is not hygienic.
breakfast was good , dinner was expensive and not all of that, staff was great
