The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and the sceneries are great with excellent service and very efficient and polite employees
Had dinner at the Milan Saigon Restaurant and the food was not good considering that we paid US$ 120 for 2 persons which is really expensive and the quality is really not up to a hotel of that status but the prices are exhorbitant.

Absolutely excellent service! The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any request for assistance.
Internet access should not be an extra cost item at a hotel of this nature, especially when the rate for 24 hours of Internet access is more than what I pay at home for a whole month's Internet access!
